Marshall's Beach lies in the southwest corner of the Presidio, and is reached by a short hike down the Batteries to Bluffs Trail. This narrow secluded beach offers excellent views of the Golden Gate bridge and is an excellent area to soak in the sunset on days when it isn't too windy. Beware of the tides as high tide all but swallows the small swath of sand.
